Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization Blog

In response to the groundbreaking and disruptive decision by the Supreme Court of the United States in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, the Maryland Law Review solicited blog posts from constitutional law professors at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law to gather their initial impressions on the case. In July 2022, the Review published these blog posts on our website.

In an effort to enhance accessibility to these posts and to keep them on one platform, in the Spring of 2023, the posts were reformatted and published as a series of Essays in Volume 82 of the Maryland Law Review Online.
